(Rant) Working a full-time corporate job while being in university, need help.

So basically I am academically on my 4th year of my BCS in CS, spent around 5 years in university and just trying to finish university to get it over with. I was lucky enough to land a mid-level role in a health-tech company due to my experience working in my specialty throughout my university life, basically my lobster was too buttery and my steak was too juicy. First week working at this job and already made an impact and got recognition for it, everybody loves me at work so far, and I am happy with what I do. My previous employer (same role as this new company I currently started working at) was strict regarding work hours and against remote / hybrid work structures, and that made me miss an entire month of university, from classwork to 2 midterms that I have to currently appeal to make-up for. But my new employer, gave me the freedom and flexibility regarding work hours, as long as I do my job to the best ability and finish my tasks (Which I do), but HR requires me to hand in my graduation certificate soon, but it doesn't seem to be a big deal to them I assume as they're not currently nagging me about it, it was just something that was mentioned during the first day of work on-boarding. don't know how to approach the deanship or my doctors regarding missing an entire month of lectures and homework and it's making me anxious, as I would have no problem making up anything that was missed if given a chance. I still have around 17 credit hours left to graduate (excluding this semester, which I am afraid that I will have to drop a course or two just so I don't fail them). What should I do?
