Hey there, Volvo fans! I live in Poland and I’ve owned a 2004 Volvo S40 II for the past 5 years. It has 270,000 km on the clock. The car is NOT garaged and hasn't had any extra rust protection applied. In Poland, road salt is used heavily during the winter, which causes massive corrosion issues for many cars. I didn't expect much from my unit, after all, "it's not a real Volvo, just a Focus in disguise." I decided to check the condition of the underbody, and to my surprise, this is what it looks like.
