I bought an MSI Claw 8AI+ from Currys for around £1,000. I contacted Currys about the issue, but they rejected my claim. I then escalated it through Trading 212. They said Currys had weighed the package and, because my only evidence is a photo of an empty box, they cannot proceed further. I feel stuck and unsure what to do next.

Edit: i should have put this here before but im claiming the box came empty
