Noncompliant VR&E Counselor
What can I do if my VR&E counselor outright refuses to acknowledge my emails?
Here are the details : I’ve been approved for a bachelor’s through the VR&E program, however it is taking me longer than anticipated to complete my associate’s. I’ve sent my counselor an updated academic timeline, but they refuse to acknowledge not only that email but the follow-up emails I’ve attached to it. They’re opting to respond to an email with an out-dated academic timeline instead. This isn’t the first time they’ve refused to acknowledge my emails and choosing to reach out to me when they’re good and ready.
I’m afraid that, because the outdated academic timeline says I’m supposed to graduate this spring, they’ll continue to ignore my emails and opt to remove me from the program in the fall.
