Hi I’ve recently ordered a costume from miccostumes. They sent me an e-mail confirming the shipping with their address support@miccostumes.com. Later, I’ve got a second e-mail, this time from support@miccoshelp.freshdesk.com, saying:
Sorry to bother you. We are so sorry for the inconvenience. We are writing to inform you that we sent the wrong item to you. Could you please refuse the parcel? We will send the correct item to you after this parcel is returned. We appreciate your understanding and await your reply.

Now, this person name is Denise but in the info is instead shan yang, so I wasn’t sure if it was legit. I contacted them on their website and this time i got this e-mail from support@miccostumes:
Thanks for your reply. We are so sorry about the inconvenience caused. Yes, could you please refuse the parcel? We will send the correct item to you after this parcel is returned. We appreciate your understanding.
It’s the first time form me ordering something from their website, so I don’t know what to do. Has anyone ever been in this situation? Am i going to pay something if I return the package? Is there a reason why they aren’t telling what’s wrong with the order?
