Help me shine a light on this situation.

A client called asking me to fix their electrical issue on a townhouse I said I can take a look to help diagnose but will likely decline service if it’s complicated.

I couldn’t pin point the issue but got some clues and figured I’d ask the collective what they think.

AC, microwave, electric stove and some ceiling lights stopped working. When I turn on the stove the microwave goes from ~60 to ~110v and it lights up but doesn’t operate. Stove doesn’t heat up at all. I unplugged the stove and microwave doesn’t light up. Never got the ceiling lights to work. I didn’t check the voltage on the 220 outlet but I feel like I’m playing mechanic in a Jetta and my horn rolls down the window.

I gave them the videos of the issues and had them call an electrician which I’m not.

I’m thinking possibly a short inside the wall? Could there be a fuse box on the AC unit that would affect anything?
