I am so happy with the result of this ores cakes. I wanted an ores cake that wasn't a chocolate cake. I found a recipe online for a vanilla based oreos cake. The finished cake was soft and fluffy. I was alos very pleased to see the oreos nicely distributed all through the cake and not sunk to the bottom

I am really loving sheet cakes. Much easy to decorate.
