BDD Personal statement

I have written a Personal statement in regard to PTSD, depression, anxiety and insomnia which I filed all of them as separate conditions. I know that you can only receive one mental health rating. But since I am still active duty how truthful should I be about suicide, and substance usage to cope? I am worried about what will happen to me at work.

Am I the only one?

So the more I look into this the more I’m surprised. I loved the book, I felt it left a good impression of what it feels like to be a guardsmen going through the jungle against the chaos cultist. I didn’t know about the plagiarism thing but am I alone on liking this book? I forgot the name but I really liked it so I had to figure out what it was called again
