Siblings! I need your tactical advice!🪖🤔
Dearest Esteemed Trans People, I require your finest advice:
I am starting hrt within a few months from now (E, non-binary). I will also be getting fetility preservation stuff and hopefully laser hair removal.
All is going according to plan, apart from one thing... the dreaded parents...
I am mid-twenties and live away at uni. However, I am still reliant on them financially. I also love them and my siblings very much. However, I havn't told them about my plans. I have discussed gender queer stuff in the past with them, but it didn't go so smoothly. They've improved a bit since, but I doubt this will exactly be easy regardless.
I cannot reasonably hide what I am going to do this summer, atleast not for very long. Id also like my parents help funding for a short bit of gender therapy (as all my money is basically dried up on the hrt, hair removal and fertility).
So my fellow trans peeps, what's my best move?
