Hello, after years of not playing the game I very recently got my account under the name drolax-CK reactivated with the ticket numbered #13114917

Afterwards I wanted to deactivate an unused alternate account under the name Drolax_ck to avoid possible issues, and the system deactivated my MAIN account I had just spent 2 weeks activating.

I'm guessing the mixup came from a recent login or an email change, I'm sure about my request having the correct information.

I would appreciate it if this mistake was resolved soon, I am quite worried. Thank you.
