3+ welder/fitter worked with every type except tig, I've gone through 2 jobs in the past year. First job was due to insanely regular safety violations that I regret speaking up about, and this one today was due to a work shortage cause by the tariffs.

I reside in the GTA, and I was off 4 months before finding this position. I'm worried how long I'll be off again due to the state of the world. I am set to have major surgery that'll require 3 months minimum to recover from in July, so maybe it's a blessing in disguise

Any suggestions on how to find work opportunities?
