Hello po baka may makaka help sakin pangpa kalma. Just want to ask kung dapat ba akong mag worry dito sa text message ng Cash-Express? Kasi 13 days na po akong OD at ang principle amount ko PHP 23k. Hindi ko lang po talaga kayang bayaran pa ang interest for now. Pero I am willing to pay naman. Actually I sent them emails naman for payment reconstruction kaso hindi sila nagrereply talaga. I tried to ask for discount or event negotiate para lang masettle kaso ayaw talaga nila. Now they sent me this text message:

"Since it appears you no longer intend to settle your loan, we will have no choice but to proceed with possible legal action and report your account to the Credit Bureau in the Philippines, which may result in name blacklisting.

Cash-Express"

Sa sobrang bothered and worried na po ako i created this account to seek help para alam ko po dapat kong gawin. Kasi inaanxiety attacks na po ako. Nagsabi din ako sa email ko sakanila na baka pwede thru email and text na lang magusap kasi nagkaka anxiety attacks po ako sa excessive calls nila per day. Please help po. :((((

Nag loan ako sa kanila nung March. Principal amount is PHP 24,000. At OD na ako ng 9 days. Hinaharass nila ako daily - excessive calls mula umaga hanggang gabi, text messages na may pananakot na:

“Specialists are preparing a plan for debt collection.”

“STRICT COLLECTION STEPS ARE IMMINENT. ”

And may iba. Nung chineck ko kanina website kasi nag offer sila ng discount para raw mabayaran ko OD ko na instead of 17k+, 8k+ na lang daw. Pagkacheck ko:

Princilal Amount: 24,000

Interest: 25,907.04

Hahahahaha ga** ano ‘to???

Nawalan po ako ng work. At need ng medication kasi. Willing naman ako magbayad ng paunti-unti hanggang ma-settle ko. I even emailed them for payment reconstruction kaso hindi sila nagrereply.
