Sleeping in on weekends

Monday-friday my wife and i are up at 5, I leave for work at 5:30 and my wife starts her day with our 6 month old puppy. Breakfast walks/play/training. Our issue is the weekend, obviously the pup is trying to follow her routine however we would both like to sleep past 5:30. She wakes up crying to pee and then refuses to settle back down. She immediately goes into play mode, she demand barks/bite pretty much the second my wife or I try to go back to sleep. Obviously we have tried ignoring it, however its 5am on a weekday and we aren't the only people who live in the house so that becomes hard to do. Any advice would be appreciated

Hey all, been in the market for an ATS-V for a while, found a 2017 with 108k miles for 26k. Curious if the price is fair and what i should be worried about if I purchase at that many miles. This would be my daily, I have a 3 mile round trip commute to work so I don't drive alot. Thanks in advance

Demand barking/biting

So our 6 month old mix is demand barking like crazy. This is relatively new so my wife and I are unsure how to proceed. I have tried the getting up and walking away but once i get back she just starts up again. We have tried simply ignoring her however she usually doesn't stop. She's gone out for the bathroom, she's eaten dinner and she's had her play/training time, so i know she's not barking for any of that. We are guilty of constantly giving her something to occupy her such as a kong or like plate so i fear she does not know how to be bored. I feel like i have tried everything over the last two weeks and it just seems to be getting worse. Would appreciate any tips/tricks.

Edit: i would also like to add that while yes i know that teething at this point is still somewhat normal, she tends to try and teeth on us almost immediately when my wife and i wake up or once i get home from work. I continue to get up and walk away when she does this but have been trying that method for 2 months since we adopted her and it does not seem like she is grasping the concept that biting= fun ends

Carrying to the range

I have a target permit for pistol as of now. Do plan on going for my CCW within the next few months. I was looking over the handbook the other day and noticed something in the target permit section I found interesting and was curious if anyone has done it or not. It states that i can conceal carry my firearm loaded when going to and from the range. Anyone done it? I'm in Nassau county

Fiance and i are fed up

My Fiance and I adopted a dog about a month ago now. She is 5 months old currently, we are unsure of what breed she is. We with some sort of terrier mix. I had puppy blues the entire first week we had her but have been doing much better since. She sleeps through the night in her crate and doesn't have accidents in the house. However, this dog is an absolute psycho. Despite how many enrichment games oe toys we give her she will bark/bite/jump on and chase us around the hosue. Even immediately after a nap. Its as if shark mode is her default. She doesn't listen when we take her outside, its as if she forgets her name entirely, we have to basically drag her across the lawn to get her back in the house as she is unphased by her leash being pulled on. My Fiance and i are starting to argue about enforced naps, and pretty much everything else regarding the puppy. I need to know this gets better, my fiance warned that a puppy would not be easy however I was very adiment that we would be fine. I'm starting to regret this decision and I feel my puppy blues coming back. I hate the thought of my fiance and I arguing and coming to blows because I was stubborn and now we are both dealing with the consequences. We are doing leash training in the house twice a day and have seen no improvement in her once we step outside.

Accidents while at work

Hey all, so my wife and I are 9 days into having our 4 month old puppy home with us. I took off work the first week to help the dog acclimate to the new space. Any tips for preventing accidents while my wife and I are at work? She is home alone from 7-11 till I come home for lunch to take her out, play with her and feed her lunch. However I notice that at some point around the 3hr mark she pees on the towel we leave on the kitchen floor Its not a wee wee pad just an old bath towel. Is the towel an invite for her to pee? Or is 4 hours simply too long for a 4 month old to hold her pee. She does spend most of the 4 hours asleep. Thanks in advance

Please help 4 month old puppy

Hey all, My wife and I recently brought home a 4 month old puppy this past monday 6/15. I took the week off to be home with her so I could help the puppy adjust. Tuesday morning my wife left for work and roughly about 2 hours after she left I completely broke down in tears. I've cried everyday since tuesday. Is this normal? Is this me realizing that I'm not ready for a puppy? I've been home with her all day everyday since bringing her home (with the exception of yesterday when she went to get spayed). My wife asks me why or whats upsetting me but I genuinely don't know. Is this me realizing I can't handle a puppy? Is 4 days not enough time to come to this conclusion? This is my first dog as an adult, my wife's family adopted a dog when she was 20 so she's familiar with the puppy phase. Appreciate any help
