This was a movie I finally got around to watching a few years ago after hearing so many different opinions about it. I wasn’t around when it originally came out, so I never got the chance to experience it in theaters. If anyone happens to come across this post who actually saw it on the big screen, I’d love to hear what that was like. What was the audience’s reaction, and how was the movie received back then?

As for me, I really enjoyed it. I’m a huge Friday the 13th fan, so the whole summer camp setting immediately pulled me in. I also found Angela Baker’s story really interesting, and I liked seeing everything that led the character to where they ultimately ended up. I thought the movie did something different for its time, and that’s a big reason why it stuck with me. I’m definitely curious to hear what everyone else thinks about it.

So obviously we don’t know when it’s going to happen, but I wanted to ask you guys just for fun. When do you think we’ll finally get the Ichi the Witch anime announcement?

Usually, when a series has a major announcement coming, Weekly Shonen Jump starts building hype with things like a color page, a cover, or a teaser saying there’s a big announcement in the next issue. That’s often when we end up getting an anime reveal. Do you think Ichi the Witch could get that treatment around Chapter 100, or do you think it’ll happen a little later?

At the end of the day, none of us really know because Shonen Jump tends to do things on its own schedule. I’m just curious to hear what you all think because, like a lot of you, I’m really excited for the day it finally gets announced.

So I had the opportunity to meet John Eric Bentley, Caleb Pierce, Britt Baron, and Max Mittelman at ConnectiCon this year, and it was honestly such an incredible experience. I love Final Fantasy VII so much, just like a lot of you do, so getting the chance to meet them in person, talk with them, and tell each of them how much their work means to me was truly a dream come true.

Final Fantasy VII has been a part of my life for so many years, so being able to share those moments with the people who helped bring these characters to life is something I’ll never forget. It’s a memory I’ll cherish for the rest of my life, and I just wanted to share that experience with all of you as well.

So I’ve been rewatching the Nightmare on Elm Street movies because I’m doing reviews of them on my channel, and it’s honestly been really nice revisiting the series. The original is one I don’t really need to refresh my memory on because I’ve seen it so many times. It’s such a classic that it’s hard to forget.

Rewatching Part 2 was especially interesting. I know it’s a pretty divisive movie, but I’ve always liked it because Freddy feels much darker and more intimidating in that one. I just really like the way he’s portrayed throughout the film.

Then there’s Dream Warriors, which is easily my favorite movie in the franchise outside of the original. It’s just so creative, so much fun, and it does an amazing job expanding on everything that made the first movie great.

Overall, it’s been a great experience going back through the series and picking up on little details I either forgot about or didn’t notice before. I’m hoping to rewatch the fourth movie sometime this weekend as well.
