Applications- there is a part in the application that will have 4 options most like me, somewhat like me, somewhat not like me and not like me only select “most like me” or “not like me” the middle options will fail your assessment even if you only pick it once
Don’t call it at all for your first 3 months Walmart has a 90 period where they assess you calling in on those days will most likely get you fired or worse transferred to OGP if there are days you need off day that in your interview
Do not and I mean do not expect items to be where they are meant to be if your Walmart is anything like mine you will find the peanut butter granola bars with the chocolate chips ones and yes they will be 2 different brands
4.the people of Walmart do not care for their safety or yours be aware of these people because they will walk in front of you when you have freight on a jack
Most important one of all if your being taken advantage of call ethics for the love of god you have a right to do so if you work grocery like I do and your called to do dairy, meat, produce and OGP and you get yelled at for not getting enough done call them I was working 5 departments daily they took care of it the next day
