Hey everyone,
First off, a huge thanks to this community! r/dropbox has been around for a long time, and we know it’s been a place where people come to troubleshoot issues, share workflows, vent frustrations, offer feedback, and help each other out. We appreciate the time and energy this community has put into supporting Dropbox users over the years.
Today, we wanted to share that we’re officially launching r/DropboxOfficial
The goal isn’t to replace this community, it’s to create a dedicated space where the Dropbox team can be more active and directly engaged with all of you. Over there, we’ll be sharing:
- FAQs and troubleshooting resources
- Product deep dives and feature explainers
- Discussions and AMAs with Dropbox team members & more
- Updates on new features and improvements
- Tips, workflows, and best practices
- A place to surface and discuss feedback directly with us
We’ll still be listening here and will chime in to help out when we can, but r/DropboxOfficial will be the main hub for official Dropbox-led conversations and resources going forward.
If that sounds interesting, come join us over at r/DropboxOfficial! We’d love to have you there and help build it together with the community.
Thanks again to everyone here for making Dropbox discussions on Reddit what they are today
