Hello all. I am 34 and single after an 8 year relationship ended a year ago. I am struggling to see that it’s possible for me to meet someone and have a family. The desire for partnership and children has arisen so strongly in recent months. I have been devoted to healing and being whole in myself for the last year, but this fear and grief around not being a mother has come up quite strong.
My sense of self worth has been impacted recently since finding out my ex, who didn’t want a relationship, ended up with my friends sister a few months after the breakup, and they are now living together and want a family. I would LOVE to read the stories of women who have met wonderful partners and had families in their mid 30s and beyond.
