Blackout repair done by Jussi at Iki Tattoos / Helsinki Finland
Wanted to share my blackout upper arm tattoo. It is very important to go to an professional artist. I first went to cheaper artist to start a blackout to cover old tattoos. The first photo is what it looked like after 1st session, 3 weeks of painful healing. Lesson was learned and I went to an professional artist I knew that could pull this off. He had done the nordic/baltic traditional ornamental band on my upper forearm like 1 year ago, so on second session we decided to add another band around elbow to make it fit nicely with the blackout part and forearm band. This was done in 2 fulll sessions and a touch-up session. Photos are taken 2 weeks from the touch-up. Really happy with it now and eagerly waiting how it will look fully settled in!
