I have not stopped thinking about this top since the first time I laid eyes on it. Please, I’m begging, help me find it

This may seem like a silly question, but I'm hoping for a straightforward answer. My mom passed away several years ago, and since I can't ask her these kinds of wedding dress questions, I'm feeling a little vulnerable asking here.
I'm absolutely in love with this dress, but I don't want a sheer or transparent base. I'd prefer that my skin not be visible through the lace.
Is this something a seamstress could line while still keeping the overall design and effect?
I'd really appreciate any advice or experience. Thank you so much. ❤️
