I'm at my wits end and just need advice. My 17 year old Xbox account was hacked and the email was changed. I was able to fill out the recovery form for the email the hacker used and proved it was "my" account (same purchases and Xbox ID) but due to that account having 2FA I can't get back in. I still have access to my Xbox account via the Xbox app on my PC but I can't do anything substantial.

Attempts to contact anyone at Microsoft or Xbox have been fruitless, the ai agent refuses to help. Does anyone have any advice on where to start or what to do?
