Can anybody recommend a solid pair of running shoes that will not fall apart on the bottom?
My first set of running shoes was a pair of Nike down shifters and up until recently, they got the job done. I try to run a lap or two around my neighborhood every day so I'm not doing anything too crazy. Lately, prices of the bottom of my shoes have started falling off when I run and I've been using shoe goo to put them back on. Today, I lost three pieces of the left shoe and didn't notice right away so I dont know where they are. Is there a solid pair of running shoes that won't do this to me? I didn't even get close to running the tread off of these. They just fell off instead.
