Help me understand my Lincoln Water Bill history
Even though my water usage has gone down considerably, my water bill is barely dropping. I notice at the beginning of the year the waste water fee increased substantially and now I am wondering if I am being taken advantage of.
This seems very expensive and I don't understand why.
