I’m not even going to touch the issue of why the Legislature is farming this work out to private contractors, because at this point I have zero expectations out of this group of incumbent incompetents.

But submitting AI garbage to the Guam Supreme Court? Need a full accounting on this. How much did they bill us to put in a prompt to spit this trash out? I’m going to guess it’s a lot:
