Hey folks. I'm having a bad time with cex Edinburgh, Cameron Toll. I made a post last week about a faulty laptop I bought from them. Having returned it, waited an hour to see if they could install required updates, I decided to spend an extra £350 for a better model. £800 spent.

I left £300 of items with them for trade in - money to be sent to my bank. No money arrived. It's been a week. No text, call or email although they confirmed they have my correct address.

It's a 3 hour drive. I'm really unwell - doctor says burn out from work. I'm going on holiday on Monday and I'm pretty sure the shopping centre is closed for the weekend due to roadworks or something.

Can anyone recommend any resolve besides drive back to them a 3rd time to complete this trade-in shitshow? Cheers!

Hey folks. I'm loving Farever. I'd love to play early access and wait for release. Issue is...my map is bugged 10 mins into playing. I have no objectives and only a background. I see others have suffered this.

I've reported a bug. I'm considering requesting refund but if this may be fixed itd be fair to wait.

Would appreciate opinions or even better suggestions on how to maybe fix

Hi Folks. Yesterday I drove 1.5hr each way to Edinburgh Cameron toll for a laptop that's locked to enterprise mode. It will only allow login with school or work email address. I'm facing another 3 hour drive today to return this.

Cex doesn't have a number I can speak with someone before driving back? Please can anyone shed any light on how these things are normally handled? Are laptops not tested pre-sale?
