Expediter screen not indicating when an item has been fulfilled in a prep station. Help!
Hi! Hoping someone can help with me here, whether it's the backend or in Device Setup, I'm not sure.
For context, here's the flow/POS setup of my pizza shop:
3 kitchen screens: "Pizza Line" prep station where dough is stretched, topped, and put into the oven, second is "Expo" where pizzas get sliced and either sent into the dining room or to the takeout window, third is "Takeout" where takeout orders go to be organized and picked up through a window.
The Expo and Takeout screens are both setup as expos, but under device setup in toast tab I also have them as "prep stations and expo screens" since salads and apps are prepped at those areas.
The problem is that once a pizza goes into the oven and is tapped as fulfilled at the Pizza Line, we need the Expo and Takeout screens to indicate some how that those pizzas were fulfilled at the pizza line (flash a color, put a check mark, doesn't matter). Otherwise it causes confusion as to which order the pizza is intended for. I do have two level fulfillment turned on. Currently the Expo and Takeout screens show no change whatsoever once a ticket us fulfilled at the Pizza Line.
I've been in settings and even on calls with toast support for the last couple days with no luck!! Hoping I can get some help here. Thank you
