I’m not to sure what this could be i’ve never heard this noise till today and i drove my car earlier this morning and it sounded fine. any help would be appreciated. The CEL is cause im catless i checked the codes and that was the only code i was getting

Edit: I drove home from work and it was fine till the end the whine got slightly better but then it started smoking like crazy at idle
