Which monitor is better, the Gigabyte M27QA or the Gigabyte M27Q2?

After my M27QA died after just a year of use Gigabyte has offered to replace it with an M27Q2, which they stated was an upgrade. I just want to know whether the Q2 is on par or better than the QA, and whether it has any quality issues.

Monitor has blue flickering lines

I have a Gigabyte M27QA and I have been using it for almost a year now. This just randomly happened while I was using my computer. I checked to see if it was a GPU issue by using my iGPU, yet the issue still persisted. What do I do?
