No-one is coming to pickup the package
The baby cradle order was placed and delivered on May 8. Due to an issue with the product assembly, I requested a replacement immediately after delivery.
The replacement pickup was scheduled for May 11, but no one arrived for pickup. Later, on May 16, your customer service team initiated a return instead of replacement, but again no pickup was attempted.
The pickup was then rescheduled multiple times:
- May 17 – No one showed up
- May 19 – No one showed up
- May 20 – No one showed up
An advance refund has already been processed, but the product is still pending pickup.
I have now waited for more than 12 days, and despite multiple reschedules, no pickup has happened. The delivery location is around 30 km away from my home and is a hospital location, making it difficult to coordinate repeatedly.
I will also be leaving town for work shortly, and no one will be available to travel and hand over the product if the pickup gets delayed further.
