For context: The charging case suddenly stopped functioning properly. Can’t be charged at all despite using different cables with different bricks.

I’m based in PH so ideally someone selling from the PH would be nice (haven’t tried purchasing stuff outside PH so not sure how it would work but if you’re outside PH, kindly walk me through the process).

Any tips or advice on how to repair it would be helpful too to avoid unnecessary costs :)

i really need these earphones for my work as they’re great for meetings and I can switch from my laptop to cp quickly.
