Hi me and my wife are applying for the UK spouse visa in a few weeks, we understand their strict sutability rules but we have to declare 4 things which consist of a speed ticket (adjudication withheld) 2 insurance late payment sanctions and 1 registration sanction on her driving report. My question is should this be okay? Or would this be in danger of persistent offending?

Hi, me and my wife are applying for the UK Spouse visa next month and we are unsure if we have to declare a fine she got from the DMV driving place in Florida, we believe it was for an insurance lapse but we paid it before it became a problem. Would we have to declare this fine? Or no as we’ve checked and it never went to official records in her name
