Scammy load of dung
I’ve literally spent hours of my life on hold trying to get rid of a scammy bill. The overage fee I received is complete b s. When I questioned what devices contributed to the tenfold increase in data usage (that occurred during a month I was out of town for 2 weeks), they reported devices we don’t even own. It’s all made up. My monthly rate also went up by $55 without any notification. Completely illegal. My bill just went to collections. Buyers be warned!!!! This company sucks and their customer service is mostly robots that don’t work!!!
