I am a DIYer that dabbles in drywalling. A friend of mine has asked me if I can make some outlet holes disappear. Seems like a tailor-made case a California patch. When I asked about any texture on the walls, they sent this.

I’ve not done much texturing and I have not tried anything like this. What is this texture? And how easy is it to recreate?
