Indian (F) and British&Irish partner got my unmarried visa in Feb 2024 but my partner had to move his biz to Dubai in Oct 2024, we moved there together but still keep coming back and forth to the UK for his fam and work, however due to tax residency he does not draw a salary from his UK company but the UAE.
I’m really worried about to how we meet the financial requirement for the extension, we have cash and investments around £50k (total) in our names.
Visa expires 29th Aug so really don’t know what to do. Any immigration lawyers or people in similar situations that could give me advice on the same.
