First time user. I read a lot that the food noise reduces, which is great. I'm a little worried about the side effects, at my job makes it difficult to just stop and feel ill.

Are there specific foods that you've noticed make side effects worse or lessen?

The kid who was just out with gastro illness for a week brings in home made baked goods for teacher appreciation.
