Would it be wise to dismount my cavalry when fighting in woods? Enemy fled in and I could use the infantry help but if it’s not recommended at all or fine to send them in on horse is fine

Got a new system but the Xbox can’t find the mic. I have the turtle beach series 600. Used it on the previous system no problems. Head set is connected to the transmitter with the green light on.
