i took a postday on june 2 (2 days after period ended), i started to have light bleeding after like 4 days or so for almost a week (june 4-9 if im not wrong) ovulated on the 11th and now my period has been delayed for a full week now. is this normal or should i worry? i didnt even have "unprotected penetration" but rather dry humping witb a thong on but im still scared i may be pregnant lol :(

Hello, so I (18) recently started considering trying birth control for the first time because i've begun to be sexually active again after being single for 3 years, but theres some questions I have and want to get answered before i book with an obgyn. 1. I was wondering what's the best birth control/suggested if I'm an athlete (I do high level showjumping and ammy runner) and im concerned about weight gain? 2. Also, i have hormonal acne and i get these small bumps w no head all over my back and my face and when I have my period I get really bad giant cystic acne, will birth control help or worsen it?
