Need help building a realistic MD school list (3.9 GPA, MCAT pending)

3.9 GPA

Mcat (pending September) ~3 months to study

2 years associates (out of the US), GPA 3.6

Robotics, chess, etc., clubs

Pageantry

2 years undergrad, GPA 3.9

1 year research >1000 hours, 2 posters, 2 conferences 0 publications

1 year on the e-board of club on campus

160 shadow hours, ICU and cardio-thoracic

Volunteering 200 + upcoming hospital volunteering (estimated 200-500 more before matriculation)

Clinic, experiences: MA >200 hours (Functional Medicine practice)

Letters: 4 science professors, 2 non science professors, (awaiting doctor that I shadowed and worked with recommendation letter.)

Other experiences

Shadowed NP, and cardiology PA

Small business nail studio

Tutor part time job 1 year.

Which areas should I improve the most? I still have to complete Phys 2 and Biochem prior to matriculation and MCAT in September (Unsure of expected score 500-510, I'm a fast learner, but unsure of where I stand currently TBD).

Also, which schools should I apply to across the US, no limitations, just where might I have a decent chance given these stats?

Any advice is welcome as I prepare for this journey!! I only decided on medicine 6 months ago, so I feel like I am playing catch-up!
