We finally found a place and the owner (landlord) seems great! But when about to sign the lease we noticed that it didn’t include water and sewage even though the landlord verbally confirmed that it was included in the rent. On the Zillow posting too it says tenant responsible for electricity and garbage. We brought this up to him and he said that water is not included but again during the tour he said it was, should we still sign the lease ? It’s just kind of strange that he would switch up when we are about to sign the lease, and now there’s not much available for rent on the market but at the same time I don’t want to end up with a sketchy landlord. Is this normal for renting in Redmond I’ve never had this happen

How is renting at Sonoma villero in bothell?
I’m someone who prefers to be walking distance from grocery stores, gyms, parks and it seems like these are a bit far away from things, plus not too sure about being right behind the freeway wall.
How is the community Any experiences with renting from here?

We might be moving to the bothell area and I’m wondering how diverse is northshore middle school? My brother is black and will be new to the area. Is Redmond middle schools better for diversity?

My partner and I are looking for a 2 bed 2bath within a 30 minute commute to Redmond (we both work in the town center) anything less than $3200 and over 950sq would be perfect!
We would really like a garage and outdoor area but not a total dealbreaker.

Any advice on housing? My partner and I are moving to the area. We are looking for two bed two bath preferably 900sq+ for under 3200 a month. Also how is the commute to Redmond? (We would prefer a garage and yard space or a house but not a dealbreaker)
