CUE LINK TITAN 360 RX LCD

Hi everyone,

I’m hoping someone can help before I arrange a replacement.

I recently purchased a brand new Corsair iCUE LINK TITAN 360 RX LCD (complete cooler, not the LCD upgrade kit) from the Corsair Store on Amazon.

The cooler itself works perfectly and temperatures are excellent, however the LCD functionality doesn’t appear to be working correctly.

Symptoms:

LCD powers on correctly.

Corsair boot animation plays during startup.

LCD displays live coolant temperature.

The default screen animation (the moving rings around the temperature) is static instead of animated.

iCUE detects the cooler as an iCUE LINK TITAN 360 RX LCD.

The iCUE LINK System Hub also detects the LCD correctly.
However, there are no LCD customization options anywhere in iCUE. I only have Lighting Effects, Cooling, Alerts and Fans Setup. There are no Screen Setup or Image/GIF options.

Troubleshooting already completed:

Updated iCUE to the latest version (5.47.101).

Updated all device firmware.

Reseated the LCD module several times.

Removed and reattached the LCD while the PC was powered off.

Reinstalled iCUE multiple times, including deleting Corsair folders.

Confirmed the LCD module is detected by the System Hub.

Device Manager shows no USB errors.

Ran the iCUE Link Setup Wizard.

Despite all of this, the LCD still only displays the default temperature screen and there is no way to customise it
because the relevant options never appear in iCUE.

Has anyone experienced this with the TITAN RX LCD, or is this likely to be a faulty LCD module?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated before I return the cooler.

Thanks!
