Ok heres the exact criteria that I'm looking for:

1. around 400-500 price mark. but im a moderately flexible if need be.
2. Wood or Resin furniture, i dont need a luxury model, I just want that feel instead of plastic
3. It needs to be a common caliber, 308,12 gauge, or something commonly available.
4. reliability and durability, I need it to survive moderate handling and usage.
