Hello, anybody have a custom 4 player cabinet with LEDs using an Ultimarc Ultimate IO in Keyboard mode? I am having trouble with the controls and I want to see what other configs/setups look like. Did you use keyboardToPads?Thanks
I have an ultimarc ultimate IO led buttons and joysticks. It is in keyboard mode and batocera was unresponsive to the arcade stick and only liked my usb controller. I deleted /etc/udev/rules.d/99-keyboardtopads.rules and my joysticks and buttons started working. The key mapping mapping was all over the place. In mame I could not use my dedicated coin and start buttons. In retroarch cores the buttons are messed up even if I configure them. I am having trouble using my dedicated exit button to exit games. I set all joysticks and keys in winipac. Keystopad shows nothing listed since I deleted that files, but before none of my joysticks and buttons worked. I would love Dinput mode, but it only supports 2 controllers. What can I do? I am this far and about to pull my hair out.If there is a video to watch, or someone to come over and help lol let me know. Thank you for all the help.
Hello I have Batocera V43 latest and I have an ultimarc Ultimate IO and 4 players. I have set up the keys in winipac. I have set the keys in keyboardstopad, but that is as far as I get. None of the sticks or buttons work. I tried to map a controller, but it did not recognize anything. What is going on? P1 controller only shows Default and 360 pad. I also tried following the custom control guide. Thanks for the help.
Hello, I have a 4 player machine and I did not know the UIO had to be in keyboard mode for 4 players. I switched it to Dinput mode and I can not switch it back. I have held P1SW1 for 10 seconds while inserting the usb (backdoor mode). The light blinks green then disappers till I release the button. I've also held P1SW1 and Start and nothing happens. What am I doing wrong? Im at my wits end and I just want to play some 4 player games. Thanks you.
Hello, I have a ultimarc ultimate IO and I am having trouble getting player 3 and 4 to work. When I try to configure the joysticks 3&4 are unresponsive. Player 1 and 2 work. I have it wired right on the 3 and 4 spots on the IO. The IO board is set in pad mode not keyboard mode. What could be wrong?this is Batocera V43. Do I have to wire ground on the 3&4 expansion ports? Or can I tie into another ground? Thank you!
Hello I am building a 4 player cabinet with gold leaf RGB buttons. I have an ultimarc Ultimate IO board. The buttons are 2.8mm gold leaf and the joysticks are regular 4.8mm. All the ground harness I have seen are either one or the other, not both. I see the 4.8 can fit on the 2.8. Is that the way to go? It will not be too loose? The other harness have a mix of both sizes, but it looks like the grounds do not. Thanks for the help.
Hello, I am trying to use ms dos bezels. I have them downloaded to the dos folder for the bezel project. What do I name them? I tried the folder name.pc and the exe file. Thank you.
