Liposomal D3 too strong compared to regular D3?

Has anyone found liposomal d3 to be too potent as opposed to regular d3? Since it absorbs better do you have to take more k2. Supposedly it is 4-5x more absorbable than regular D. If that’s true, then just 5000 IU would be equivalent to 20-25000 IUs. The usual ratio of k2 to D3 ratio is 100mcg for every 10000IUs, with some recommending more K2. It seems like the last few times I have take 5-10k IUs I get symptoms. Just wondering what other people have experienced with it. Last time I even got pain in my sides that went away after chugging water

Numbness and tingling

Has anyone had an initial hernia press on a nerve and cause pain and/or neuropathy like symptoms down their leg. I am post op from abdominal hernia but now my initial area hurts s and there is pain around my groin. I have hip pain and waves of heat and neuropathy like symptoms in the leg that is on the same side of the hernia. I’m just trying to figure out if the hernia is causing the leg issues or if it is something else
