I feel like most RCs/ nces have nothing to lose - just make money off of investors - regardless of outcome immigration or financial . Are there any RCs that invest an alongside eb5 investors ? ( I know that vertically integrated projects exist - but in a non vertically integrated scenario )

For all the people who claim to be lobbying and influencing policy regarding eb5 re- authorization . Is a longer ead/ ap and auto extension on the bargaining table ? Does this even come up on the discussions ?

Trying to connect with fellow investors to share experiences and compare notes .

Does having a third party fund administrator ( such as proxy svcs ) mean it’s a foolproof way to enforce that a

1. Money is spent for job creating activities only ?
2. There is no embezzlement ?
3. Are they doing any due diligence that invoices are legit in the first place ?

Regarding the sustainment period , does  it start when the nce sends the first dollar of the total investment /800k  to the jce or last dollar ? Or something else altogether ?
