Is anyone aware of any entity offering loans against the eb5 investment itself ? Not a loan to fund the investment but post funding - using the investment as collateral ?
( some uscis regulation blocks this ? )

A tad bit controversial , but most RCs / NCEs say the success of this project or even completion of this project does not rely on eb5 funds . So , the whole narrative of eb5 helps create jobs is false ? So projects , would get done no matter what ? The middlemen or developers ( vertically integrated vs not ) would make less money is all ?
I feel like most RCs/ nces have nothing to lose - just make money off of investors - regardless of outcome immigration or financial . Are there any RCs that invest an alongside eb5 investors ? ( I know that vertically integrated projects exist - but in a non vertically integrated scenario )
For all the people who claim to be lobbying and influencing policy regarding eb5 re- authorization . Is a longer ead/ ap and auto extension on the bargaining table ? Does this even come up on the discussions ?
