Looking for French fries that are transcendent. Pita 22 is a favorite but not looking for any particular style. Just amazing. No chains.

Edit: Thank you for the suggestions. Though I sometimes like toppings, I’m looking for fries with no gimmicks or add ons.

My kid is 12 and reads voraciously. The only nonfiction books he’s read have been The story Of Us by Harari and he loved them. I want him to learn some things instead of being in fiction land for hours a day. What are must-read nonfiction books for 12 year olds?
