I have a transaction on as a seller and the status is awaiting payment arrival and also it says ' the buyer has sent their payment waiting for it to arrive in secure escrow account'

If anyone has been a buyer in escrow.com please enlighten me, How does escrow.com knows that the buyer has sent payment ?? Is there any button for buyer like ' I have paid ' etc in the UI.

I got a mail saying congratulations your domain got sold BIN 24999 on aug 4

I got a mail from escrow the broker initiated a new transaction. I agreed the transaction also the buyer did and the status now show ' awaiting payment, and right below that it says the buyer has sent the payment and waiting for the payment to arrive in escrow account.

My question is today's 11 Aug and the status is still the same. I am worried have the buyer really made the payment ? Or the escrow.com status is misleading me that it's already sent by the buyer. I'm confused how does it work??
