Recurring mouth sores

Female, 16, 5’4, 108lbs

I take Zoloft and Omeprazole. I don’t smoke or drink

history of allergen issues (none food related but basically everything outdoors, all penicillin products, and zinc for sure) and stomach issues (gastrointestinal ulcers)

Hello, I have almost constant mouth sores that are large and extremely painful. I have atleast one in my mouth at all times. Currently I have two large ones that appeared unprovoked (I did not bite or cut my mouth). I am so done with these sores, they are affecting my life and i’ve had them for years now. I am unsure what else to do, I use magic mouthwash and a non sls toothpaste. I have great dental health and my dentist can’t seem to understand why I keep getting them. I had an allergic reaction to my braces 3 years ago when they were put on so I have a lot of scar tissue in my mouth. I wonder if it has to do with my stomach issues because I also experience a lot of acid reflux and heartburn. Any advice is appreciated.
