Some of the things I’ve added to my copy of HR

Just created the family heirloom for generations to come. Rebound softcover of Heated Rivalry turned scrapbook (ish). Filled with photos, curated memorabilia, artwork and Spotify soundtrack codes.

It took so long to complete, as I kept finding things to add, buying from sellers from all over the world.

If you see something and want to know where it’s from, let me know and I’ll find the source/creator.

A special thanks to:

u/softseagulls for this post: https://www.reddit.com/r/heatedrivalry/s/YmHu71Tkj0 with a full overview of the soundtrack with corresponding scenes - saved me hours when adding the Spotify codes.

u/monas440club for creating the very detailed and aesthetically pleasing month-by-month timeline: https://www.reddit.com/r/heatedrivalry/s/kKKm0k2w6V displayed on the last page.

And

u/erik_ted for the Russian translation: https://www.reddit.com/r/heatedrivalry/s/PTm2HbGWnZ of Ilyas monologue in episode five.

Anyone else scrapped tf of their copy of HR?

This has been months in the making, collecting, buying, and creating all sorts of things to cram into it. It’s been a nice distraction, keeping me from rewatching the show over and over.

Now that it’s finally finished, I feel restless again, impatiently waiting for Season 2..

Working out while doing 36 hour fasts?

I’m new to fasting and have jumped straight in by doing 36 hour fasts every other day, with a 12 hour eating window in between. During that window I eat around 1500–2000 calories, focusing on high-protein meals.

I’m doing this strictly for weight loss. My BMI is currently 24, and I’m hoping to lose at least 5 kg before August 1st, when I’ll be getting married.

I’m only on my third fast, but so far I haven’t had any issues. I’m definitely hungry at times, but overall I feel well and have plenty of energy.

My only concern is working out. I usually go to the gym very early in the morning, before eating anything, about 4–5 times a week for strength training. I did that the morning after my first fast, meaning I worked out after not eating for about 34 hours. It went fine but I was definitely nervous about pushing myself too hard.

So I’m curious: for anyone who has done this type of fasting, how do you manage strength training while fasted? I’d hate to lose too much muscle in the process but I’m not sure how to balance fasting and lifting at the same time.

Still at Brokeback Mountain

Their story will forever haunt me. Thought I’d share this with people who get it.
