advice for criticism as a SL

i just transferred over to a new store, but before that I wrote DFN for about four months as the main section lead, i’ve worked with trader joe’s for almost a year btw. in my new store, I’m the two day backup order writer for cookie candy and of course it comes with jokes like who ordered all this and stuff like that but at the end of the day there are days where people undermine my decisions and debate whether I ordered something or not. our warehouse is limiting our dark chocolate peanut butter cup tubs to one a night (pretty bad considering we sell 2-3 cases a day). i’ve got comments from mates some jokes, some serious , saying why are we low on peanut butter cups I’ve got comments from new hires all the above. it’s gotten to the point where I become really stressed out with ordering and how people perceive my order even though they don’t know shit about it. my trouble here is that I know it’s just a grocery store and it’s not that serious and at the end of the day, we’re gonna run out of stuff but also at the same time my reputation rides on it and if I do mess up, there could be consequences. Is there any advice for just dealing with the idea that yes it’s just a job or a grocery store but also there are steaks here? I just transferred to the store so I’m sorry if it seems like I’m over sensitive or stressing. I just do care a lot.
