First BFP

First BFP

This is my first time getting a positive result and I'm trying to be very cautious due to how much I've read about chemical pregnancies. I did test fairly early (11 and 12 dpo) due to pregnancy symptoms and the lines were faint but visible so I plan to wait until the day of my missed period to test again with an American pregnancy test (I live in Japan and sensitive tests aren't really available which is why I was surprised I even got a BFP on Japanese tests).

Waiting for a week after a missed period to schedule the doctors appointment is going to be so nerve wracking 😭 I feel like I'm going to test constantly to make sure I'm not having a chemical.

Fairly big BBT dip

This is my first time TTC and I'm on cycle #4 (I'm 30, husband is 32). I haven't gotten a BBT dip after ovulation that was quite this drastic before (I've only been temping for 3 cycles) and I'm not sure FF is correct on my ovulation date. I woke up to sore nipples and tender breasts yesterday which have continued into today and a bit of nausea this morning but it's about the same time that I usually get PMS symptoms (although I've never had sore nipples before) and I'm still only about 9dpo so I'm not really taking those into consideration.

FF is giving me a low score for pregnancy signs so I'm not getting my hopes up but if anyone else pretty big dips after ovulation I'd like to hear your opinion.
