I am wondering if anyone else experienced this and if they managed to recover their money

This host named Jonah advertises a loft in airbnb with a $1,350 damage deposit with a 15 day window, 15 days have passed no response from the host.

None of the reviews can warn about this practice because there's a 14 day review window.

He claimed i ‘smoked weed’ in his property, with no evidence except the cleaner saying there was a ‘smell’
